Our vacation rental experts usually book weekly or bi-weekly rentals during this time at very attractive rates. Although not as common, we do book monthly guests as well. Many people will book their homes on a longer term basis from September through June and then take advantage of the higher peak season rates that are attained in the summer months. Should you purchase in the White Mountain Region of New Hampshire, the seasons are flipped somewhat with peak ski season rentals occurring from the December holiday season through March. There are also those homeowners who wish to book their homes on an annual basis. The market for this type of rental is usually quite strong as most people who lease their homes year around do so on a September through June basis followed by weekly bookings during the summer.
